Probably go down the rebore & new piston/175cc route - simple, cheap & effective.

:roll: ...save up and buy a decent bolt on kit like a mugello.... :D Yo're having a laugh, save up?... wife, four kids, scooter habit, fishing habit and that's before you allow for food & (alcoholic) drink!! Scootering on a budget is how it's done now :D Seriously though, thanks for the replies...

150 / 200 conversion Kit

Anyone had any dealings with these 150 / 200 conversion kits & are they a good option?






What sort of quality are they? Will they need any fettling? Will the 150 gearbox be ok?

Thanks for the info Wack, bit the bullet and ordered a new caliper as a lot easier and I imagined that the piston might be damaged from corrosion, wallet's 70 quid lighter though sadly.

PX Hydraulic Front Brake Problem

Hi, one of the pistons in the hydraulic front brake caliper on my PX is stuck. The piston is pretty much as far in as it will go, any ideas how to fix or do I need a new caliper? which is not good as it will cost £70+ to replace with a new one.

Love the thought that has gone into this scoot Caspa, especially touches like the engraving not just being loads of scrollwork but relevant to the theme 8-) Will be interested to see the finished product.
