After finding a calculation error it must be 190,4 ccm by using a crank with exzentric pin and a standard conrod. 8-)
There´s an option to use a modified P2 crank with an 110 mm conrod (56 or 57 mm stroke) but unfortunately only on reed valve.

I`m building a 190 (185 ccm) Yam-Conversion at the moment. The barrel is an standart one and it´s definetelynot a MB one. Bore is 67 mm (2. Oversize), piston is a DT 175 Wiseco. I changed some parts, first run is planned for tommorow - new inlet manifold by mrp-racing (http://www.mrp-racing.de). Best manifold for rotary drive i think. - Pipedesign bullet T5 exhaust (http://www.pipedesign.de) - Barrel ported to 194°/131°, Exhaust port on 68%. Squish 1,2 mm. http://s5.direc...
