Transplanting a PX150 electronic into a 60s motovespa 150 frame ....any changes to wiring loom that we should consider ? apart from bulbs & regulator ?
Moto is 6v non battery ....

The answer be posted elsewhere on here but cant find it.
P200 in Rally frame ....will start and tick over ok , but when thottle applied it dies ..Dellorto 24/24 E....160AC, B3, 120 main.
Have tried 2 other float & needles, all the same effect...am i missing something ?...Gaskets maybe ?

Thanks gaz...think warpage was the problem , tried slide in another carb body and was ok, so codged & bodged 2 u/s carbs into one good one (i hope)...

sticking carb slide
Anyone shed any light on why a dellorto 24/24 carb slide should start sticking ?.....not constant , every 3 or 4 pulls of throttle.
Have stripped , cleaned & rebuilt , but still same ....

3rd time this has happened !!!!!... :x :x :x :oops: :oops: This last time was 11 miles in to a 65 mile run to a rally 18/7/15 .Flywheel side bearing race has tried to work its way off the crank, resulting in the bearing collapsing and the needle rollers jamming the crank...After the 1st time i had ...
