Christmas tree/ cush drive rivets
In the process of changing a knackered clutch side seal , noticed that the rivets on the cush drive inner plate have gone, ( rivets still there but all worn so plate is spinning) . Will it be possible to do a quick tack weld job as a cheap & cheerful repair ? Or can I get the rivets on their own...

Re: Rear Rack for Vespa Rally 200
If you look in last but one scootering (april?), there was a geezer with a mod GS I think with a decent looking rear rack with a arched top . I had a look about and found two of the same sort, ( think The scooter republic, s/wales) . One with the petrol tank/ num plate fitting, and one with just tan...

Re: Geting the Electric harness through the frame
I may be off track here , but when I put a replacement loom in my Rally 200 frame I started from the tank end.....The handlebar wires were attached separately to the main loom with a cable tie, so snipped that off to start ( leaving less cable to feed) . fed a cable outer rearwards from horn & s...

Re: Rear Bulbs blowing on Primmy 125
Festoon bulb ?...Could be as simple as vibration ....my rally did the same with old festoon bulb fitting , cured it by wrapping elastic band around terminals ...took vibration out and kept terminals tight fitting....lasted 2 years

Re: barlow stage four set ups
I run a P200 HB stage 4 . I am definately no expert but 130 main jet seems a bit high to me , the set up Harry advised me was .....
Main jet 122-125, BE3 ( std), AC 160 (std), 60/160 pilot ( drilled), It mark 18*, Plug B7es running in , then B8es after, 4% oil. With Sito+ exhaust.
