Hi speedy, yes considered the HB stage 4 but its still using restricted transfers. I don't mined splitting the cases getting the crank inlet altered and matching the transfer ports.
All reports I've seen about malossi kit still say you have to use t5 short gear which is the opposite way I want to go.

which kit for a rally touring px200
I'm in the market for a new kit for my px200 disc. I'm a big fan of the old polini cast iron 208 so I was thinking of the new polini aluminium 208 but now malossi has the new sport 210. So which would make a better touring machine?????? I want to keep autolube and probably fit a polini induction kit...

It can be anywhere from just below the reed petals up to the barrel transfers. If you don't want to do a full strip down take cylinder off stuff ...

Re: Vespa handle bar end indicators
I am no expert but here are my thoughts on what you need, 2 light units 1 indicator relay, either AC or DC depends on if you have a battery or not 1 switch, this can be either the proper vespa switch or a three position one from maplins or cpc. if its a proper vespa one you are after try to find stu...

Are there any of these wacky indian machines in the UK?
