Re: Good Experiences with Dealers/Tuners?
Here's service for yer. I've needed parts before, along with club friends after shops have closed, say 7 or 8pm. I/ We have phoned Warren at Surefire Lambretta and he's told us to nip over and he would open the shop for us so we could get our bits. Now that is customer service.

Re: remote air filter position
I had a similar concern earlier this year regarding a remote filter on a 30mm Dellorto phbh fitted to a Jet 200 which has no hole for the air scoop on the frame loop. According to Ben at AF's, there is enough air generated under the panelwork of a Lambretta for the remote to have sufficient airflow,...

Re: Scootering mag Apologies
Not read all the posts to be honest, but get the general drift. Just my ten penneth worth, here you go. If you don't know any of the scootering team at rallies, just look for someone with a proper type of camera. You know the sort, big with a huge lens and say, '' Who are you then ,mate?'' Cause mag...

Re: Motoplat/Serveta electronic spares.
Speedy, Good of you to come back on hear and give us this update though. It might just help someone else to avoid making the same mistake. I totally understand why people would choose to risk it as you would logically think that, as a factory fitted assembly, it had sufficient testing and design ch...

Re: classic insurance multi bike
Got two policies with Carole Nash, always found service good and recovery used twice in recent years in the uk was very responsive. One policy is multibike for my s type with agreed value of 10k and a standard p2 disc with a value of around £1,750. However I was away when my renewal came and they au...
