Wax, I am sure I saw a diagram where you linked two circuits and kept it all working except for the town/sidelight circuit which then remained on with the headlights. I can't find it anywhere. If you have a spare switch I wouldn't mind having another look?

To add the extra area you may need to be clever or weld around the studs Darrel. But at least that means you may be able to use a pipe that us available keeping costs down on the custom pipe front.

The circuits overlap on the standard gs key switch. This is what causes the problem.

I think oz's conversion was a top job in terms of engineering. I was not slagging it off on this thread. I never even mentioned it. I was talking about port area and what can be had for the cost. I find it interesting that the boost is lower than than the main or secondaries.. this means the pipe is working and they are using the boost as a boost and not a transfer port as such. The main draw as it should be is through the mains. So.. as the mains tend to mix so much better you get a better ...
