ive done a 125 barrel out to 62mm it was a s3 1962 model, i first ported the 125 as it was then got it bored out to 62mm using a thin ringed asso piston and ported it some more i think it was about 155/160 inlet and around 170 exhaust the obligitory 30mm and a pm pipe, ran very well, i never had any...

ive had it before and it turned outo the the black pickup on the stator but was intermittent before it stopped altogether but the carb set up seem more likely

get hold of the dave webster tuning manual and do the suzuki 190 conversion its fun to ride, i did it with a 150 barrel but a tv175 barrel would be better

i used to get my barrels done by some bloke called dave near newlands corner he was old school and did it on a lathe, he did me a suzuki 190 and knew his stuff very well

but what if they are facing one another ? then they both spin the same way with inlet and exhaust the same

the strong type does not have the hole in the christmas tree. the pacemaker (early) is also the same as a late 125 series 3 box which has the weaker 3rd with the hole in the tree tho i doubt you will break it unless you have a mad engine or are racing.

i know this is completely different and in the wrong section, it was a polini 130, but one year an hour before i was due to set off to margate my piston skirt decided to disinergrate luckily only at tick over, and there was nothing left on either side below the gudgeon pin, now i got the bits of all...
