Engine pivot pin for gear selection on wrong way around that can stop it selecting gear; and a ten mill head bolt used in the selector arm instead of the original nine mill; as it can catch on the casing that might also stop it selecting gear,

R clips and pins instead of bolts would make it Quick release. Maybe?

Used several makes non seem as good as original innocent or Spanish; take mine off old mag side engine casings; give Barry Turner; near the docks elesmere port; a ring and see if he will pull a couple of old decent ones out of one of the many casings he has; 150 and 125;

i have a brand new unused variatronic to fit gp crank with cracked magnets; bought it like that and never noticed till I went to fit it. :roll:

you could fit a sorted Suzuki 190 kit, using a Suzuki TS185 ERN piston with your choice of suitable barrel and a skimmed reprofiled head, cheap conversion that can give pleanty of speed with cheap rebuilds if needed. as pistons are cheap and pleantyfull usually less than £30 complete with rings. wi...
