Re: Bgm Clubman

id like to provide the test on 2 different set ups 1 with low ex duration and 1 with high ex duration to check there performance range at each end What might be good on the lower spec is to get hold of a good standard exhaust as used on the GP range, myself and Adam talking about this at last club m...

Re: Bgm Clubman

Cheers, just taken a look. It describes the GP50 as quite peaky as I guess that's what spec motor it was used on. I found on mine it had a huge wide spread of torque which pulled me and my lady (who is almost 6ft with massive air bags) on 4.7,ok I've got a cyclone but even in 5th slowing down to 50 a...

Re: Bgm Clubman

Another good one will be the Kegra VW clubman which has a JL1 inside but I'd imagine very rare due to the cost of it. Don't know a person who's ever bought one.

Re: Bgm Clubman

Just saw a comparison chart between GP50, Gori 50, and BGM. The GP 50 wins hands down on max power but although I hate to admit it the BGM has a much broader usable spread of power, I'll try to upload it on here if I can find it again. On a side note are BGM in the process of introducing a new vers...

Re: Bgm Clubman

Gori do a few boxes a believe so be good to get one of each. Looking promising though. We got a BGM yet?

Re: Bgm Clubman

never ridden a tuned 200 with Gori so i@ll reserve judgement. the engines got a lot to do with noise. an iron barrel deffo makes the whole job a lot louder. id really like to see that dyno shootout as a serial clubman buyer. Would be good,I'd imagine something is in the pipelines for this. Took min...

Was it a 250GTO?

Re: Bgm Clubman

Gori clubman's are sooooo fecking loud. it might be a dealbreaker unless youre already stone deaf. Apparently the ones Rimini sell are quieter. I got the GP50 a few months ago for my GP. Ok,it's not as quietest pipe in the world but certainly not offensive and I don't like loud pipes but the perfor...

Re: Suzuki 190 set up ?

Had one a few years ago and it's still in use somewhere. I had a TV175 rod so used a 1.5mm packer. Mine was very reliable and pretty much bullet proof but as people say, depends who did it. I used a 30mm and an RS44mm clubman. Carb realistically was probably on the large side but ran fine. I'd have n...

Re: Italy 2017

I was interested in the Eurolambretta but then found out it was nowhere near Milan which I thought would have been the obvious choice. A trip to Venice and going on a gondola was something I'd do with the Mrs,not on a scooter rally. This event now in Monza sounds much better given its right near Mil...
