With the AV266 X7 combo it could be spitback if you are running with a filter and when you stop at lights etc it comes back down to the carb? With the AV264 did you try it with a x13 needle? I am running a v3 mugello on a 30mm with a JL3 52 Pilot, AV264, X13 2nd clip and a 122 main 3.5 needle valve ...

Coming back from Christchurch to Auckland a 2000km round trip mine sheared on the main highway. Luckily a few bruised ribs and a munted engine casing :cry: was the only damage but could have been a lot worse. I have got a broady layshaft on order.

heres one i found on scooter.net i spoke to this guy a few times in 82/83 he has passed away now so i am told http://i262.photobucket.com/albums/ii100/stevo42_photos/001-3.jpg was a pretty quick motor kegra job I think from memory. Used to run in to the Bedford lot when on the A6. When heading north.

I would say the x2 needle was to rich as well.

Try an x13 if still to rich then x7 with a AV264
