Which one have you got the ADS1 or the ADS3? Two totally differant animals there......if I remember you were going for the 3 on a Muggello?? If its a Muggy did they send you the Muggy Stub?

I would go for the ADS3, the NK pipes aren't known for being that great. As for gearing ,that depends on alot of things like big fella/2 up/rallying with loads of kit/what scooter its going in. 17/46 might be a good place to start on the LI 150 box. As far as i know NK and ADS are actaully manufact...

Clutches are something I've never really looked into to be honest. I fitted my present one and its been spot on. As you say I use ally plates with a decent compound. I've just built a standard TS1 with transfer timing reduced by 110 Kawasaki rod, and 2mm packer. It's an LI150 box 46/17 giving 4.6 final drive ratio. The engine's not run yet.
