Re: semi hydraulic front brake

The one off a typhoon works best, got two fitted to my scoots and both work well i'd say about 90% of a fully hydrolic one. I guess its in your set up that wrong. You must check the bore of the slave piston as if its bigger than 11mm you will get i very sharp brake and under 10 not enought fluid get...

Re: Opinions about AF RB crank please.

Ive twisted two ,the famous ''never heard that before'' quote was the reply. returned the crank and the replacement from A/F had an indian crank web added with the new rod . lasted ages so the lads at A/F do know the faults. overall cheaper to buy past A/F cranks as Chbby Checker sang ''lets twist a...

Re: Carburettor Kit Suggestions Please

Thanks all. Readspead tell me that, due to the small engine block type inlet on the Casa210, they recommend the Dellorto 25mm kit as the larger carb (28/30) would be a bit wasteful :?: :?: :?: Don't be muddled with thinking the 25mm dellorto is any good when compared to the TM24. Its rubbish in com...

Re: rapido race 200

Race rappido's are over ported for the road, best bet is to get them relined with a better grade lining and change the porting then fit a rev tour piston. this compination is the answer.
Same could be said for the classic rappido except the porting is ok.
