more than likely the tie bar or the back of the wish bone needs to ground away on certain types so it doesnt hit the engine casing near the rear hub bearing, all those things are in the manual

You have to be realistic at wat ur trying to achieve. 80 + mph on a std bodied lambretta is achievable but not for long, but if your wanting to do a lot of miles then its not the way to go, there are many variables as well, such as rider weight, baggage, wind type of road & its surface etc etc. ...

Rb260, supertourer, tmx 35 22.5 pilot 57 needle 2nd clip down 330 main,

I have used 25 pilots and 350 main jets and down all successfully rich carbs are safer if u can run them.

You can use the casing when the mouth has been enlarged for a 72 mm spigot, its not a problem, I did it for a few 1000 miles and now my mate has the engine done loads of miles no problem.
