I'm no expert but I thought the slide on rubber panel buffers were for the Series 1 & 2s

obvious really "crap indian 225 kit , needs loads of work, hundred and fifty pund" ....... or "RS KIT (like ralph saxelby, you know , RS and that......) performance ......... can be made to go FASTER........!!!!!!!!!!! WOW! ONLY!!!! 15ZERO......... BUY NOW! WHILE STOCKS LAST!...........

The RS (Resurrection Scooters) 225 kits. Am I missing something?

As an aside, do you have an air filter on it. Just thinking of air flow to the carb if it's been restricted or blocked somehow? A reason the old series 1 frame breathers were changed was because a coat or luggage was blocking the air intake and they would just cut out.
