anyone make a gearchange for some straight bars ?
need a set of straight bars for a chop, trouble is the cases i have access to use the teleflex cable, ala pkxl2/cosa/lml the gear cable doesnt have to fit through the frame so thats not an issue, i know there is a contraption to use a 2 cable set up but ive heard its not too reliable, any ideas much...

could you not put a gp boss onto the motoplat flywheel ? or does the motoplat boss have enough meat for it to be machined to fit the gp taper ?

its a smallblock its meant to be caned, but if your droping out the power in 4th with that box then it might be tune/pipe combo not right, what work has been done to the barrel ?

yes just use a sanding drum in the dremmel, how are the transfers at bdc ?

most likely a bad earth, or stator coils breaking down, you havent mentioned the pilot light as that is still on with the main lights, try some 12v bulbs if the earths are fine and if it blows them then its rewind or upgrade of ignition and lights a zenner diode fitted between the live to the light ...

you would be surprised at how many seemingly fine running motors ive seen with a couple of 1mm scores accross the pad and some very bad ones only had idle problems, at 6000 rpm the fuel doesnt have time to just sit there when the crank is spinning 100 times a second, the exhaust will pull the mixtur...

surely you dont bore into the head and move the squish and combustion chamber a mm or so
