I've got one. No problem to bleed. I have a remote master cylinder behind the horncasting which I wouldn't do again as i find it a pain in the backside; that part was tricky to bleed, but i just "back-bleed" by injecting oil from the bottom end in a syringe which is much easier in my exper...

I've just built one for someone but never ridden it. Here's my summary. Ring gap and piston to bore clearance good out of the box. Using 58/107 crank, squish was around 1.2mm with supplied base gasket. Piston was about 2mm above exhaust port at BDC, but no rings showing. Nice centre squish head. Re...

Welcome. I just built a scootopia 185 motor and it cost £1100 in parts alone! Ended up with a lovely little motor though.
Ask away, these forums are generally better for quality advice than fb but the answers aren't quite as quick.
