thanks guys Scootrs out of stock and no word of when they'll be back in. Managed to get one from Rimini website was showing only post 66 in stock but called and got the pre 66 i needed.

I've been offered an early Jet 200 completely original in excellent/mint condition with disc brake sx 200 flashes original seat ect. Gold with Eibar badging.
A really nice untouched scoot

I've just had a complete reloop outriggers replaced battery tray added both sets of front strus replaced swan neck retuened to standard and damper brackets added to forks by Kris Green at Mental Engineering. All this and a few bits more came in at just over £500 real quailty work by a perfectionist ...

It's no good mate a very poor box I had one in my muggy and it wouldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding changed for an early mk1 box it was like night and day

Sounds like the same problem I had when I had the Muggy 18 turns out it was a late Indian GP150 box in the casing once this was changed out for an earlier version the difference was night and day. I'd open up the casing and check what box you have in there.

In answer to the question posted you use laser cut high quality vinyl as a template and spray as required.
