For the remagnetising it's worth called Slip stream (motorcycle tuners) in Sevenoaks. I don't think they will do it but they would likely know someone who does, they seem to have a wide circle of expert services they know of.

Good luck with trying to move it. Mine arrived when the missus was out and since I hadn't mentioned the purchase I decided to get it in the garage pronto. Running a muggy 225 with a phbs 30, a Gori exhaust and a cyclone 5 speed. Highly recommend this set up, pulls well up hill in fourth and sometimes even fifth (the cyclone has been amazing imho). Mine has been excellent and makes it a joy to ride - muggy 225, 30m dell orto, gori exhaust producing about 15bhp. Pull's uphill in fourth lovely and is always in power.
