Oooooops not again...That a reeeeeeet Bast !!! With the lack of milage judging by the top of the piston jetting is going to be hard to judge ?? Heat transfer to the crank from jetting is not a factor , the way the crank has grazed the sealing pad looks like a seizures happened however light or hard ...

JB weld doesnt have the same expansion/contraction properties as ally especially when your using that amount ?? ive used small amounts of it before to correct damage cases and over time it starts to lift around the edges thus allowing air/oil/fuel leaks ,,,,Seize !!!! I've just fitted a 42mm clubman to a 150 servetta, it looks great and sounds lovely.
Very tidy just poking up under the rear runner
Apparently made a vast difference over a standard pipe in acceleration and top end..

Good shout Paul I run a watercooled head on my 225, up geared and B9 es and fuel pumped 30mm, i do abuse it though really properly abuse it ( thats maybe why it breaks cases regulary lol), sprinting, and fast road use especially when going to rallies.. 28bhp....... Best advice ..replace the damage p...

Right .....sliding dog out and slight wear on the lugs ...ive replaced it anyway
The selector spring was 5 mm shorter than the new replacement .....so thats now been replaced...
