Steve, August got put on hold due to work commitments. Deffo back for Christmas though, flights are books, so will be looking to catch up. (Still want that Jet, not sure how to get it into the suitcase though..)

Just acquired an S2, the plan is to do the flames on the panel, frenched in rear light effect. I've seen a few scoots like this, but when I want to find them, cannot! Looking for any pics on this theme please..

Just got my barrell from Taffspeed. I need to source a crank. I've seen the discussions about compression and so forth, but I'm not sure what to get. Any ideas/suggestions? I hoping to get something off the shelf, as getting webs from one place, a conrod from another and then getting it all put toge...

I certainly wouldn't be doing that here in QLD Frank. We were discussing if we'd ever run an iron barrel with the alloy options out there now.

If you fancied boring out a 150 barrel, both Cainy and I have a couple kicking around.
