Well I bit the bullet and bought one . Looks good in comparison with the Indian one's ! ie AF and KBA . Two piece u-bend with spring connectors. Lots of karts use motoplat ignitions ! Coils and cdi's can be found on ebay if you look for kart ignitions !

why cut up the base gasket ? Rayspeed do 66mm head gaskets for the RB 20 in many sizes that would do the job and myself would get a 175 head reprofiled .

I'm going iron on my T5! Polini cylinder + Polaris 650 piston + P2 crank with a long Mito lambretta blade rod 115mm . I also love the cheep Indian cast lined cylinders for playing with and they make great touring kits with jap pistons ! If they nip up a bit of emery cloth can normaly get you home. B...
