indeed you could also fit the lighting coils from a donor px/pk/t5 stator to your stator giving you 12v, and with a regulator rectifier its very easy to do, a new set of points and your good to go, i wouldnt worry about a 6v horn on 12 volt it will work fine

been reading a bit about this, dellorto, keihin, mikuni etc all have there specs for this but it seems its not set in stone and differing setups benefit more from adjusting this, regarding reed, piston ported, or rotary, do any of you play with this setting ?

yeah the 125 pipe wont fit, only 50/90/100 pipes will fit without a fettle, sometimes in the case of aftermarket s**t the silencer is the same but the header is different and even then its pot luck if it fits as the wrong header is sent out solutions are, bolt it to the barrel and make a bracket to ...

why ? get a smallframe and falc it, im sure if falc had done a decent kit for a p range oz wouldnt have fitted a ts1 to a t5 motor

cutting the skirt of the piston is the easy way to get more inlet duration but actually enlarging the port will give better results, the exhaust pot widening will depend on your rings

but not early pk50 forks as they are like primmy/50 special forks, but the fork leg is longer, there are a few discbrakes for smallies one of which is the scootrs one which uses the 4 stud hub, and can be fitted to early pk 50 forks and v range forks, the spindle is the same just different hub and b...
