done a bit more last night, couldnt fine anybody with a lathe the right size to take the threads on the top of the forks so had to file it by hand a very time consuming job as i has to be pretty spot on as if not the head set can break when you tighten it up, still a bit of messing around with the m...

the piston is a dt 175 , the barrel is a bored out malossi and then re nicasiled two mate have got them one is reallu good and the other is on his fourth kit annd only ever managed about 300 miles a kit so not sure if there a good idea or not

for forks ill be using pk xl, the worb 5 brake does look good and i probaby would have used one but when i started he didnt do them anf i gave my rally forks to a mate. this was also going ti have drops rear disc hyraulic clutch which ive got and are all new and have been sat in a box for five years...

i cut the old mount off then had the front of that welded back on so the front of the bars are straight under the master then had loads of ally welded on and spent about four hours filng and sanding to get it to look like its ment to be there

ive decicded to build my rally that i started about five years ago and it got to the strip down stage and has been in the garage ever since, my plan was to do it as a race r style but plans have changed so its now going to look a little more standard with the addition of a disc break and a tuned mot...

had a similear problem with mine and it was due to fact that the steel on the drops was to long where the throttle and gear change tube go on measure that length against a standard set or you need ive got a set of sx bars i can measure

might be better with an 8" trailer muguard as the seem to fit the tyre size well as trailers got bigger profile tyres, i only say that cos the when building my series 6 the 10" one was to big

the 13 litre tanks on ebay i dont think are siagon one which i think are pressed and on reasonable quality. the one i bought of ebay which are still being sold are hand beaten by a blind man with two bits of wood, i just fitted mine which i had sat around for 8 months it didnt fit between the frame ...
