Looking forward to being able to keep it in the power in forth and keeping a steady speed...

Hmmmmmmm well ...i purchased a curry burner gearbox, tried fitting it today... Cilla black......it doesnt fit properly!! gear cluster is an interference fit on the end plate bearing, the first gear inner lugs catch on the sliding dog in neutral !! Are all the indian gearboxs made by the same company...

Trying to source an Italian li150 gearbox for my ts230 but of course prices are around the £140 mark... Are the Indian ones good enough to use, will they handle the abuse and power and half the price!!

Why would the mhr 60mm be tamer than the 57mm mhr ???

I'm using the mhr 60mm cylinder single piston modified, v force reeds, ported barrel base matched to the ported pinasco Reed cases, one off pipe, higher gearing with bgm forth (it use to rev out in forth with the old gear kit) Pulls like a fella in a brothel... want more power... Harry's ultra busy....

I'm running a stroked malossi 210, on a pinasco Reed cases..vforce reeds, reed crank, one off pipe, sip lc head, I want some more power!!!
What can I expect from going from the old phbh30 to a flat slide Dellorto?
And who would be a choice to fettle the cylinder ..???

Sorry i didnt make explain properly, i meant to fit the ts piston into the malossi cylinder...thanks for the bumff though very helpfull

Adjusting the clutch will allow for easier gear change (depending on where the bit point was originally )!
But this don't have any effect on it jumping out of gear at all !!
As caramel surggested cruciform/ worn 2nd gear !
