Re: Servicing Front Hydraulic Disc Brake
Try what I said first, then maybe clean the line out and rebleed if needed. Could be a spot of rust or something.

Check the lever isn't on at a tiny bit; if so, take 2mm off the part that presses in the MC button dealie.
You can try to give the pistons a wiggle with some oil around the outside edge of them if sticky.

Re: Scootrs Carburetor
Float height has nothing to to with the weather, it simply regulates how long fuel can fill up in the float before the inlet valve cuts off. I've got a SCK choke kit sitting here; I don't see any difference except the choke hole is bigger. Here's ours on a Vespa: http://scootrs.com/images/vespa/pwk_...

>>cure the problem by cutting out a small plastic stopper under the float bowl At one point the plastic float bowl covers did have a bit there that prevented the float from opening wider for some reason; after we knew about it we removed that ourselves if present. It didn't affect running, just runn...

Re: flywheel fin length
Relatedly, how tall exactly are the Indian GP flywheel cowlings/covers (the taller type)?
Do many people actually have those taller flywheels or are almost all of them cut down already when imported?

Re: Black series 3 trim?
Just finishing up the floor rubber, horncast rubber and other bits now. We are working on the S2 ones, not sure how long it will be offhand. The Italian S2 ones are appallingly bad quality. I did ask here if anyone had an original we could buy or even a really good photo of an original but no respon...

We do make them but we make/sell complete sets.Ian Hepworth wrote:can you make the two small LI ones (the ones that go on the legshields rather than the rear runners) but in black. That would sort the original posters problem out runner wise.
