Dunno if it helps, but have you changed the reference pin in the kickstart shaft. Was/is the old one grooved with wear?

Is the swivel arm mounting bracket overhanging the sidecase as it should, or have you got it the wrong way round?

Carb off and strip down carefully. DO NOT use anything other than carb cleaner and compressed air to blow through your jets or you could damage them. Clean everything thoroughly, and replace exactly as the jets came out. Do not overtighten.

If I remember correctly the Series 1 chaincase cover doesn't have the strengthening webs around the kickstart exterior and are prone to breaking on tuned engines. Adults please

Dave, I always thought it was from the B+ extra terminal on the regulator to the positive of the battery and then earth the negative terminal of the battery to chassis/frame

Lectron Carbs update.......?
There doesn't seem to have been any update on the Lectron carbs testing since September. Just wondered how Sean & Diablo got on with them???????????
