I have GRP items from Chris at GRP Scooter Products and the fit is excellent, the panels fit better than my metal ones. I have had no trouble with painting them and they weigh a lot less than metal ones.

VHSH emulsion tube?
Hi guys can anyone tell me if I can run without the little emulsion tube fitted above the pilot jet? If so what effect would this have on the pilot jet sizing? Currently fitted 50 pilot, CD1 emulsion tube.
Cheers for any replies Andy

Thread size on on forks
Hi all
Does anyone know what size and pitch the thread is on the top of the fork/steering tube? where the top bearing seat and locking ring screw onto?
my forks have a couple of damaged threads and its making it difficult to tighten up the bearing seat and locking ring.
cheers in advance Andy.

Re: Your First scooter /first car ?
First scooter - S2 Li150 paid £50 for it and it came in 2 shopping trollies, fitted with a 175 top end, 3omm Mikuni and Fresco exhaust, had to fit a S3 horncasting and mudguard due to no second hand ones around.

Re: Electronic flywheels.
Pete You will have a yellow wire that comes from the end of the lighting coils to the regulator, if you follow the path of the lighting coils you will see that the last one goes to earth (next to the Pick Up box). De-solder this and solder on another length of wire, feed it through the stator plate ...

Yes you can use your flywheel with a DC stator, if your trying to save money why not convert the AC stator to work as a DC one, save you about £80?

I do have a resistor plug and cap...
