Here’s my thoughts
I’d turn the mixture screw out to minimum 1.5 - 2 turns out.
I’d go 45/50 pilot jet
The needle clip I’d take up to the second clip/groove
Main jet I’d come down to 100
Good luck and let us know how you get on.
Plug chops may also be a good idea.

The Rally 200’s are pulling good money now between £6000 - 10000. I’d imagine the 180 is a little less even though they the rarer model. The main thing is rot with the metal being so thin. I like both marques Lambretta + Vespa, a good Rally stands up against any other scooter imho. And luckily I own...

Also having an issue with the carb leaking, would you guys use a little bit of sealant?
