Got them sorted, split the caliper and just pushed the pistons in in the vice. Now the problem is that the bleed nipple is 'bleeding even when tightened right down, going to stick a bolt in for a temp solution but is there a seat or something the nipple sits into that may need replaced?

Stripped the caliper a long time ago so not sure which seals I use, also how do I get the bloody piston back in? Never done this disc brake melarkey before.

I have been generously given a Rapido kit bored to 70.8mm. I need rings for the meteor piston but can't seem to locate them, so I came across this. Anyone have any opinions on these cranks?

Mate is doing a rebuild on a SIL 200 motor, standard top end with a JL and a 30mm Dellorto and it seems like a reasonable crank to use.

With an Innocenti layshaft I had to change the MB bearing for a Casa on, machine the inside of the endplate and fit an Li kickstart ramp - so there are a few issues fitting with different components it seems, worth it in the end I think though

Right, just cut 1/4 off my barrel and head with the grinder and it looks just like this, so how do I set the squish now?

My mate just very generously bought me an MB big head. I intend now to de-fin my flywheel and may get it lightened at the same time, is there an optimum weight to aim for? Motor will be Indian 200 with a touring tune 30mm dellorto through a reed block(not sure what block yet as no-one seems to have ...

I'm the type of bloke that if I read a book I read for 15 hours, the whole book, therefore I don't read books...

So, any chance of taking a week or 2 off work and getting on with this
