Hi.take a look in vespa tech.. look for vbb front brake cable routing and you'll see a modified vbb front end.

Hi .has anyone been experiencing the bgm stator not fitting snug and central into a mag housing due to being machined under size approximately by 25 thou ,causing lighting coils to rub on the flywheel magnets with the ability to twist a crank under high speed?

I also put seals onto crank first and leave over night ..this helps with installing them too.

Hi.I always use vasoline on the seal lips as this disperses once the engine gets hot.I then warm up the centre of drive side bearing with a hot air gun,crank should slide in nicely but remember to rotate at the same time.I do have a pulling sleeve that I use with the centre sprocket bolt to hold the...

Hi a.j.check cable isn't too tight,is bronze bush fitted correctly?is kickstart shaft rubbing on clutch top plate inside?

ps take cable off clutch lever on engine then if you can find an open road with no traffic I'd bump start it then see if it still Slips with cable disconnected.

Look on Facebook...lambretta autos page. There are a lot of autos on there. Or look at lambretta innovations. The series 2 can accept a variety of engines. Most people use 2 strokes. They are easier to rebuild and some have 10 inch wheels. Which makes the conversion look more authentic. I have seen...

Water will get under powder coat quicker than under spray etch primer,this suggests that two pack is a better method.
