Ive just took are lass,s clubman off her 200 muggy and replaced it with a Siagon Fresco copy that i last used approx 3 years ago, still looks like new :o , any how it produces 14.62 bhp with the fresco compared to 11.72 with the clubman on, chiselspeeds dyno, it gives 12 bhp at 5,000rpms [peaks at 6...

You could re-fit the flip choke and see if it starts, then you,d know its only a choke adjustment problem.

Why not buy a Sil crank and have a Yam 110 rod put in, with a good bearing and a nice tight pin done buy somone who knows what there doing, ive a full circle race jobby in mine but if i were doing it again thats the way i,d go, also use a light,nd flywheel to give it a easy,r life. I bought an rd25...

Why not buy a Sil crank and have a Yam 110 rod put in, with a good bearing and a nice tight pin done buy somone who knows what there doing, ive a full circle race jobby in mine but if i were doing it again thats the way i,d go, also use a light,nd flywheel to give it a easy,r life.

I dont think you,ll get it to fit without a cutout in the tank, i,ve used a 13.5ltr viet tank and a 18ltr diablo tank and both have needed cutouts for the carb [mikuni in my case].

Theres plenty on ebay sef, £3.95 plus p&p, the NGK ones are the best ive used but Champion also now do a good rubber cap, regards.

Looks like an old JL that someone has alterd to fit a RB, just my oppinion.
