looks okay to me ,possibly had the wrong cone on it at one time or not tightened properly .should of gone to wickstead and left her taxi money :lol: then again if she would of dropped while you were away you would only hear it for ever and ever and ever and ever .good luck with the birth .

bilko had exactly same thing on my ts1 (still in current engine )and i was told by af it dont matter as long as the big end is shimmed after all where is it going to go .my concern was about uneven wear but was told not to worry about it ,tis the first time ive ever had a piston like this .

look in the split in the conrod to see if any big end rollers are misaligned .been there twice :oops:

yup same here but had a motoer x one on my taff years ago i thought that was slightly quicker because the wheel in the mounting was bigger used to sit on handlebars right where my mastercylinder is now :lol: did look cool though throttle going in through top of headstock. 8-)

took horncast off loosened leggies pushed em forward a bit nut through, . drilled hole doulbe nutted .so if you only got two brackets you can go up or down as far as you want just get a measurement off lads from top off leggies to top of toolbox .
