I've got some K47's fitted to a scooter and I've been surprised how good they are. They look a bit like tractor tyres, but handle really well.

Michelin S1's are awful. Never known a tyre like it for tracking every line in the road. Avoid them like the plague. About the only thing you can say for them is that they last well.

I like Scootopia, but their leg shield beading is awful, to be honest. I think the channel is cut completely wrong. I had a couple of sets and couldn't get them to fit at all.

To be honest I haven't had much luck finding any here in the UK either. Closest I've got was some cheap Indian beading, funnily enough. It's just the channels that are the problem. They don't fit the lip.

So what exactly is going on with Dell'orto? You couldn't get the PHBL 25 for a while. Now I hear that they are discontinuing them altogether. Is it just the 25, or are they dropping the PHBL, PHBH range completely? Because I now see that YSN are making copies of the 25.

By all accounts the T5 seemed to have been left in someone's drive. You'd think an organised break in would be better planned. Makes me wonder if it was scooterists. They obviously knew they had some value, but they don't seem to have had much idea how to get rid of them. Stuff has been found then?...
