Hi, thanks for your reply,I'm running one of the new Ron Moss clubman exhausts, I did have a 300 valve jet in I was just trying the 200 as a sort of process of elimination, if a 140 main is too large what size would you recommend? cheers 😉

Hi, sorry to hijack your thread but was just wondering did you get this sorted because I'm having a similar problem on my ts 225, 30mm dellorto, with filter, 140 main,av266 atom,55 pilot, x13 tc & 300 valve jet,runs great till you get to the top of the rev range then it starts to get the same sy...

Hi, just trying to sort my jetting for the above set-up & hopefully someone can point me in right direction jetting wise so I can get something like. current set-up is 30mm phbh dellorto with breath sweet filter 300 float valve jet, 145 main , 55 pilot, x13 needle 2nd clip from top & av 268 ...

No, not as standard but you can buy a panel bracket kit off eBay that allows you to bolt/unbolt the bracket but you obviously have to remove the original bracket first to use one of these, or you could just modify the original one to make it removal ;)

Yes, that's the easiest option , you just need to remove between about 10 or 15 centimetres of metal from the outer bracket "hook" ,its a bit of trail & error until you can get the wheel off, done this on both my series 1's & its a big help ;)

Pacemaker gearbox cluster size -later type

Hi, does anyone have to hand the measurement of the 3rd gear cog on the cluster/Xmas tree on the later ,stronger pacemaker gearbox, I have the later 3rd gear loose cog (33.8) but not sure about the cluster many thanks ;)
