Martin Buff :D Yes bottom pic & pic on right is version 2 still been fettled and cleaned up at mo, also new piston going in Once finnished will put results on here. It will stay as 225cc mods to inlet and Exhaust & transfers. If you dont try you never learn :D The pic on top left again still...

In our area we use CJ's The colours and powderpaint types which are out now are fantastic He does, chrome, candies & flips Only problem is cant have any filled panel work they got to be mint. C.J Powder Coating, Humberston Business Centre, Jackson Place, Humberston, Grimsby, South Humberside DN3...

Have a look on here you will see info on what Sean is explaining about matching the transfers
barrel to casing.
Its on a TS barrel but it gives the general idea.

Thanks for the replies. Ive decided to to go with a 58mm, as you say, it is new so no one knows :roll: So its all on order, and will build as suggested by af. Havnt decided on carb or head yet, may get a Readspeed one ;) Will keep you all informed how i get on :D :D AS for head AF do a 9.5 one for ...

I cant see why you havnt had a reply off anyone yet, even if it was just to say..... "I dont know".... but it probably is that no one really knows. I would give Ray or Ben at AF's a ring and put the question to them. the kit really is too new with little or no feed back yet. Hope it works...

On the bridge problem AF are now putting holes in piston to help cool them.
Theyve been doing it as a matter of course on the engines they have been servicing.
But Ben will do a piston im sure if you ask.
