Cannot comment on the Atomics... I have an LTH reed on my Rapido, and max it will accept is a 30mm carb... which is plenty for the engine.

To get the most out of your setup best to cut a boost port to the inlet.

It would be worth putting the whole wheel in a barrel or the bath to see where the air is coming from, it could easily be the valve either the valve itself or the seal onto the rim. I've thought of putting slime in my SIP rims but did note that the air hole in the rim is tiny (about 2mm)and I can e...

could you not just turn the filter to run horizontally rather than vertically... thats what I do...

They are all fillered to the MAX.... however bought one from BuzzSoloMoto and it fitted well, and painted up a treat (after removing all the original toot and substituting my own)....

Really like the quality of the flywheel...Rivets will never shear... Timing is a faff because you have to guess where the firing point is going to be in relation to the pickup (no window) No dome to protect the flywheel nut means that to use the flywheel puller you always have to clear all the crud ...

At the headset end remove the brown from the loom and connect it direct to the red or blue of the headlamp bulb. If you have power at the headset end you headlight should light all the time. Have you verified the regulator is earthed properly? i.e. if you "buzz" with the meter from the regulator metal body to the engine you get a "beep"

Poor earth could give you those symptoms
