Re: Wits end ...and past it
l would speak to Mark as that bearing may use a different seal , the inner lip sits down and some hub bearings can have a sharp leading edge , also are you using seal grease on assembly as a seal fitted dry will quickly fail as the bearing goes tight once the seal is fitted

Re: Wits end ...and past it
Just because its pre-fitted doesn't mean its fitted correctly , buy a new seal & fit it yourself

Re: Wits end ...and past it
The MB hub bearings are known to be crap l would recommend RIV or Casa , what make of seal is it ? l only use Rolf , l can never even fit the pattern ones without damaging them and warm them up a bit when fitting and lots of seal grease

Re: Jetting
l run a 3.50 mm float valve jet on a 30 mm dellorto flatslide , put the 3.00mm back in or you will have fuel starvation issues .
Air filters are restrictive which will richen up jetting , so try a 135 main jet , let us know how you get on .

A 4 plate should be fine with that set up , the scootopia clutch plates are good with MB springs and rough the steel plates up a bit and putoline SAE 90 gear oil should hold
