are you looking at just porting your cylinder? Then a cheapo Dremel-copy is enough, even if it will take you a wee bit longer. if you want to do more work go for professional equipment - hang-up engine, flexible shaft, 6mm tungsten burrs, foot pedal operated speed switch, various handpieces, straigh...

with good rings you won´t feel a difference, BUT always put a ring in the TOP groove, especially on tuned exhaust ports (!!)
