Yes your right, maybe we should have our own section, when I routed the clutch cable I made sure it had as smooth a route as poss, so that's not the problem, I've also got a yam type clutch lever so that's no the problem either, I'm pretty certain it's the clutch worm causing the stiffness, I shall ...

when you have it fitted, can you let me know what its like, have you got a cable clutch ? i thing the ypvs has a better lever arm set-up, mine has one of them daft plastic worm drives, its so hard, im thinking of a hidden master cylinder behind the horncasting and fitting a hydaulic slave cylinder, ...

easy, its a float switch in the 2stroke oil tank, when the oil gets low the float joins the 2 connectors and the warning light comes on, i think the one i used is french, probably a peugeot.

i managed to bleed the oil pump, topped up the cooling system through the filler under the seat, fueled up and ready to go. i needed a hand to get the scoot of my workbech, so brother inlaw lent me his ramp, and my good friend andy brought two of his sons to help get it on the ground, success and no...

yes you can get a gp rear light thats flat on the inside, ive got two,im sure they are indian, they have a metal bulb holder screwed on, that uses festoon bulbs. it is easy to cut the plastic out though with a dremil on any plastic gp rear light.

when i tuned my ts1 i was looking for more tourqe, so i could ride it two up and up hills, i fitted a reed spacer and an mbd ilet manifold, had .5mm removed from the base of the cylinder and adjusted the squish to just under 1mm, a massive improvent over standard, and very rideable, i was using a 34...
