do you mean on both sides of the bit that drops down or just one side, where is the weak point, as there are 2 splits.

side panel repair

I have the usual 2 samll splits on the bottom of my GP panel, an am going to weld them up. Has anyone any advice, pictures how to strengthen the panel so it wont happen again

Just got mine back from Langcourt, a re nicasil is about £110 and if any welding needs doing ( mine did ) £150. Sent mine with the piston and they sorted it out with the correct gap. ( it was an A grade barrell and a B grade psiton) A week turnaround Very good service and the barrell comes back li...

I have rung AF a couple of times recently and they said that the pistons hadn't come yet and the kit wasn't available. Where are people buying the kit from.

RB 250 Exhaust

Am wondering about getting the 250 kit when it arrives, and would think, due to the CC, it would be a farily torquey motor.
Which exhaust pipe would suit the kit best, the more revvier one or the less revvier one,
if that makes sence.

Will probably have the gear ratio at 4.9

I know that the garph, which is taken from the Af website, is not very technical, but it looks to me that the RB20 has more peak power that the RB22.
