J B tuning do a pull out choke for mikuni carbs and it looks like it could be used on other carbs, i've tried to post a link to it but it won't let me. Try there first.

Without wanting to take sides on this one, i purchased an anti dive kit from a German dealer at twice the price of the Scootrs version, this too needed 'playing' with to get it to sit central in the links. So perhaps it's not just an Asian thing.

Thanks for your reply mate, it's a TM 28, Imola kit with Franspeed JL 3 pipe. Fuel and oil pour out of the pipe and i've been told it's running very rich. Pete

Mikuni jetting advice
Silly question i know! But if an engine is running rich how do i get it to run leaner? do i up the jet size or do i go lower? And advice suggestions very welcome. Cheers Pete

Viet panels will be twice as heavy as Italian ones due to the filler used.

Looks to me that it's the inner tube causing you problems, i fit the off set valve type and never have any problems. I bought mine from justlambretta very good quality and well priced. Hope this helps. Pete
