I bought the kit and a complete loom from them a few years ago. Still using the regulator, CDI and flywheel which have been fine. I managed to kill the stator (2 actually :oops: ) with a dodgy flywheel side bearing that allowed the flywheel to touch slightly every revolution... but that's another st...

As long as it's non-detergent (ND) oil. I have some Briggs & Stratton 30 weight oil for the mower and it says it is a detergent oil.
You can use an API GL4 gear oil (75-80 or thereabouts) which may be better. Don't use GL5, it has additives that attack the yellow metal parts.

The atomiser number is the size. As small as possible (often rnds up as 264 on a Malossi). You feel the atomiser size when the throttle is open an 1/8th

I suppose you are not too concerned about originality or you wouldn't be considering 10's. Pretty sure you can't 'convert' from a single-pin setup, why don't you just find a later case? Preferably one with a third port.
