Have you had to cut a grove in the forks for the pinch bolt at 90 deg to the originals No mate, I didn't. Anyway it's sorted now. thats a chrome ring headset, looks just about right, that should fit with a chrome ring.If its not fitting correctly or too tight then something is wrong somewhere, have you got the correct forks in?
