No oil thrower on the front since it’s a S1 case. Clutch inner and outer spin free when torqued to s...

Re: Series 2 hard to kick over
I have a gp200 case with a series 2 chain case cover. It was built by Af. 15 front sprocket 46 clutch rapido 200 road 26mm jettex carb. Nothing radical not a fire breathing monster just hoping for fairly bullet proof. When i kick it over it sometimes feels like its jammed. So i keep on with it and ...

Re: Series 2 hard to kick over
Did the longer kickstarter cure the problem? No it didn't. I even tried putting the S3 case cover on the motor (w/SX lever) and the exact same problem happened. The kick feels like it's locked. It never even gets to making the compression. After a couple of bumps on it the lever works like it shoul...

Re: LI125 With Scootopia 185cc kit
Check the plug and see if it smells like fuel. If it ran at one point then you can't be too far off. I'd do a compression check first and make sure it's making enough pressure (100-130psi) to fire off the fuel.

Re: RB20 Repair Options?
the two kits are very similar. I'd think if it was done correctly without damaging the platting it should work just fine.

This needs to be run at the Bonneville Salt flats. https://saltflats.com/ Set a world record, be that guy. :D We ran open class at Bonneville last year, it's a blast. I ran a RB20 on a cutdown (exploded the crank). Costa Mesa rider on his Monza 230 made 87 mph and there was Utah rider on a full bod...

Out of curiosity what plug is being run? I see a lot of people running B7's on tuned stuff. I run a B9 (colder) plug on everything and don't ever have any problems with fouling.
