Yes Chris i do have a ScootRs PWK. It is the one with a clear float bowl. In that case you probably have the common case of the float bowl running dry :flaming: To verify this for yourself.... when it happens reach down and switch off the fuel tap and check the float bowl. It will be empty :shock: ...

Depends on the amount of solids in the paint. I would reckon that you'll need 3 thin ish coats of top. 1 small rattle can would probably do 1 and a bit side panels. Personally you need to sand as much as you can to get the base smooth. Any remaining rust treat with "Cure Rust" or the like. Then give it a bit of Etch Primer (get it in Halfords) A few coats of filler primer on top of that will allow you to fill in the little imperfections. Then the secr...

I found that once you had the spray gun setup the rest was pretty easy, providing as everyone else has pointed out that the preparation was right. I used an ALDI compressor & the gravity fed gun that came with it and was really happy this video gave me lots of advice on setting up the gun proper...
