Re: Erratic tickover T5
I'd look at the flyside seal first. With some luck it'll only be the seal as they're prone to go there and hopefully the bearing hasn't yet decided to spin in sympathy.

Re: Af new cylinder head
Has Ron any type of TM on this? And presuming if not then just guessing conversation might've gone along the lines of... RS. Ron, we may need between 100-200 covers per year. Can you cover us? RM. Dunno, maybe. If I can be arsed. RS.We need a bit more than that to be fair. RM. Can't commit. RS. Yeah...

Re: 1986 T5 rear hub oil seal conundrum
EFL style so internal seal. Hubs are per PX so I'm guessing you mean backplate with knurled adjusters. You might be lucky and the hub just needed a tighten up.

Re: Vespa Px 5 speed
Faio Racing do one for the smallframes which looks nice and apparently takes punishment but the selector is a sliding dog rather than a cruciform. Don't think I'd trust a largeframe crux to handle much power over standard, maybe take a Pinasco but I can't see it handling a Polini, Malossi etc. Certa...

Re: New Vespa t5 engine casings
Nothing to do with it being better, just personal preference. If you look at things objectively then your better options as things stand are probably the smallblock PX etc. kits. But that's not to say there won't be further development. I personally preferred aT5 even in standard guise over a P2 whi...

Re: Having a moan
So yet again we're all subjected to the LCGB's bickering, magic. At least under the previous Management this would've been shut down and saved the rest of us being subjected to such pish. Hopefully the new regime will do the same and sooner rather than later.
