Re: New RB Ceramic 230cc Engine
The one thing to bare in mind is that this kind of power is achieved without the kneed of welding casings and barrels to create bigger transfers or crank case boost ports which seams to be the norm with most tuning jobs these days. Infact the only welding that's done is to RB Barrels. For me working...

Re: New RB Ceramic 230cc Engine
I do know a little bit about this barrel, the reason for the ceramic Re-line is that it's been converted to a single exhaust port. 33-34 hp sounds about right. The question as to weather Darrell can produce the goods or not, the simple answer is yes. Check out the Dyno graph posting area. I can hone...

Re: TS1 porting images...
How are the ring peg positions with the extra inlet work. As you'll be aware, the bottom ring of the MB piston presents issues on that side with its peg position, but i came up with a suitable solution. How are you routing the additional boost ports on your 7 port motors? The seven port motors are ...

Re: TS1 How far can you go......
Not as much as you'd think, How about 37.9hp peak @ 8200 and over 30hp from 6400-9200rpm, 25ftlbs of torque from 6400-8300rpm. Ported TS1 225 barrel, standard size transfers at the base and matched to the case, 34mil, Franspeed Race, 58mil crank, electronic ignition (static timing), MB 6 plate conve...

Re: Indian 185 alloy kits
To check that you've put the piston in correctly, look at the skirt of the piston and you'll see that one of the skirts is wider then the other, the wider skirt faces the inlet.

Re: Super Monza, is this what we've been waiting for?
I beg to differ Soulsurfer, I've got one in front of me and plotted the MONZA graph on to it. This one starts making power and torque earlier and finishes latter, but has 5ftlbs and 7 hp more.
