Re: LCGB - BLOA - Concessionaires......confusion
It's probably interesting because no-ones sure of the facts and it's speculation driving the interest. FACTS BLOA was a business, a sub-company of Lambretta Concessionaires The current LCGB club has no legal link to BLOA business, only a historical link. Current LCGB committee failed to either prot...

Re: LCGB - BLOA - Concessionaires......confusion
Speaking of missing scooters, didn't the LCGB once have a decent collection of rare models? Do they still have them, or did they sell them off?

Re: LCGB - BLOA - Concessionaires......confusion
Copy and paste this whole 9 page thread to the LCGB forum. Am I the only one thinking this? Clearly, you are  Maybe instead you could post a link to the thread to the LCGB forum where this is already being discussed in such candid and frank detail, then people can visit and respond? Or is it n...

Re: LCGB - BLOA - Concessionaires......confusion
It isn't like that at all, of that I can assure you. It has it's faults, sure, but I have made some good friends in the LCGB. I don't think anyone is saying that all members of the LCGB are in a massive clique, quite the opposite, I'm sure most members of the LCGB are really great people. Whenever ...

Re: LCGB - BLOA - Concessionaires......confusion
I think that sums up how a lot of people feel.
It seems like they just want more fee payers to top up their already bulging bank account, £200,000+ in the bank.

Re: LCGB - BLOA - Concessionaires......confusion
The lcgb membership voted for who should be their representatives. These representatives then maje decisions behalf of the entire club, so the membership did vote for them to spend money on legal fees albeit indirectly. I don’t think the membership did vote for their representatives though did they...

LCGB - BLOA - Concessionaires......confusion
Searching Google today for 'Lambretta Concessionaires' to try and find the new book I've seen advertised, and stumbled across this instead: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11097959/officers There was a thing in Scootering last month which said the same guy owns Supertune as well. What's g...

Yes, I'm looking forward to the new book too. The other two have been invaluable.

Re: BGM Clubman V4 review
So according to SULK, when it comes to BHP, the new V4 BGM Clubman from MB is, in fact, WORSE right across the power range, except only at peak power? The dyno graph at the end of the article shows V4 in blue, makes less power than all previous versions from 3000rpm right up to 6250rpm, the worse di...

Re: oiltech casing alterations
There was a discussion on FB about case conversions and Mark Broadhurst was saying that although his case conversion is not the cheapest at £350 it is finished correctly so you can't see any of the welding and also his don't leak. NEWSFLASH - Mark Broadhurst said his products were faultless and eve...
