Mikuni TMX 35
Can one of these adjustable powerjets available nowadays be fitted to a Mikuni TMX 35, I realise that they are supposed to allow the reduction in the main Jet, but I was thinking would this also richen up the mid range leaning off in these carbs? Any advice from the carb Guru's mucho appreciated.

GAS Flowed Crank
Hello folks, Ive heard all about these, even seen some pictures. The question is can it be fitted straight in on a standard PX 200 engine. What benefits will it bring if any? What else would be recommended having done to maximise the potential, not averse to putting a kit on, although I would prefer...

Re: px extra cooling
Why not turn the fan round so that its sucking the hot air out of the cowl aiding the forced supply air from the flywheel while your at it. You may have to put some sort of baffle in place to redirect the ehaust air from your fan if its hot enough, to prevent the air space around the carb from heati...

brass bush changeout
How easy is it to change from a brass bush on the clutch to a roller bearing, is it one out and the other in? And while I'm on can this be done whilst using an LI end plate instead of a GP one as I want to install the adjustable kick start ramp.

Converting 3 speed to 4 speed smallframe
Need some direction here, I have a sorry wee 90 that is in dire need of attention, I build an engine that will scare the bejesus out of me. First things first is to convert to a 4 speed motor right? The question is will the 3 speed shaft hold a 4 speed box or do I need to source a newer 4 speed shaf...

Re: BGM Engine Mounts
Yes but why when paying more for supposed better quality kit do we continually have to bodge it to make it fit or do what it's supposed to. Drawing it out slightly from the casing sounds a bit dodgy to me as you would reduce the contact area between the mount and the engine casing. In would reduce t...

px 125 clutch probs
Got my mates 125 in bits, problem is the clutch doesnt seem to be working at all. pull the lever and nothing. the clutch arm seems to travel a hell of a way before I can feel any contact. I opened it up and apart from slightly dryish corks every thing looks ok. The clutch is the newer 4 plate type. ...
